Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) witnessed industrial and logistics space absorption of 5.5 mn sq. ft. in H1 2026, up from 5.2 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, reflecting a 5.8% YoY growth. The FMCG & FMCD segment strengthened its presence in the market, with its contribution to total absorption reaching 38% in H1 2026, followed by the 3PL segment at 22%, e-commerce at 15%, retail at 10%, and manufacturing at 7%.
