Ahmedabad recorded an absorption of 1.2 mn sq. ft. in H1 2026, compared to 0.7 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025, reflecting a 71.4% YoY growth. The city also witnessed fresh supply of 0.9 mn sq. ft. in H1 2026, marking an increase of 12.5% YoY from H1 2025 levels. The operational stock stood at 24.8 mn sq. ft. during the same period. Overall vacancy rate marginally increased to 12.6% in H1 2026 from 12.0% in H1 2025.
