-The industrial and logistics real estate segment recorded absorption of 34.8 mn sq. ft., reflecting a marginal 2.4% YoY growth.

-The market witnessed fresh supply infusion of 42.7 mn sq. ft., of which Tier-II and III cities accounted for 14%.. 

-Delhi-NCR remained at the top with the highest absorption at 20%, followed by Pune and Mumbai at 17% and 16% each. 

-The manufacturing segment accounted for 30% of total absorption, followed by 3PL (23%) and sustained demand from the FMCG & FMCD segments.
