Bengaluru witnessed absorption of 3.6 mn sq. ft. in H1 2026, marking a 9.1% YoY increase, against 3.3 mn sq. ft. in H1 2025. On the supply front, the city witnessed new completions of 5.2 mn sq. ft. during the same period, up by 73.3% YoY. The overall vacancy rate increased to 15.1% in H1 2026 from 13.4% in H1 2025, due to supply outpacing the demand.
