Office Market Watch | Pune – H1 2026 

During H1 2026, Pune witnessed Grade-A gross absorption of 6.4 mn sq. ft., reflecting a 56% YoY increase and marking the highest half-yearly absorption observed in the last decade. Nearly 42% of total gross absorption arrived from GCCs, positioning Pune as the third largest GCC leasing market in India during the period. On the supply side, the city witnessed an infusion of 2.8 mn sq. ft. during this period, with a moderation of 60% YoY.
