In H1 2026, Delhi-NCR’s office market maintained a strong momentum, with gross absorption of 6.2 mn sq. ft, retaining its position as India’s third-largest office market. Gurugram continued to anchor this momentum with 57% share in the total absorption activity, followed by NOIDA at 29% and Delhi at 14%.
