Savills Vietnam Appointed As Property Manager For Ajax Systems’ Factory

Ha Noi, June 2026 - Ajax Systems has appointed Savills as the Property Manager for its first factory in Viet Nam. The partnership reflects Ajax Systems’ strategic focus on establishing internationally aligned operational standards, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across its expanding global manufacturing network.

Located at Inside Core5 RBD in Hung Yen Province, the 12,000 sq m facility is designed to accommodate up to 1,000 employees. The factory manufactures a wide range of electronic security and fire protection systems, requiring a highly controlled environment to ensure production quality, system reliability, and operational safety.

As Ajax Systems’ first manufacturing factory in Viet Nam, establishing a well-structured operational framework from the outset has been a key priority. During the first phase, Savills set up the on-site Management Team, established operating procedures, and coordinated service vendors to ensure a smooth transition into operations.

Managing a security systems manufacturing facility requires stable and reliable performance across critical systems such as power supply, HVAC and fire protection. Savills delivers facility management services 24/7 in line with the client’s production schedule, providing a single point of accountability for technical operations, preventive maintenance, soft services, and vendor management, supported by a centralised reporting and monitoring framework. This structured approach helps minimise operational disruptions, optimise system performance and operational cost, and ensure rapid response to technical issues.

As operations scale, maintaining compliance with fire safety, occupational health, environmental, and security standards becomes increasingly complex. Savills implements structured risk management and compliance processes aligned with both Vietnamese regulations and international standards, supporting safe, reliable, and audit-ready operations.

In addition to technical management, Savills oversees workplace services including lighting, ventilation, cleaning and pest control. These services are designed to maintain a clean, well-controlled, and comfortable environment that supports employee wellbeing and productivity across the facility.

Security services are delivered as a dedicated workstream to protect personnel, assets, and production areas, ensuring controlled access and compliance with the strict security requirements associated with security systems manufacturing. With a workforce expected to exceed 1,000 employees, these services play a critical role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment, contributing to employee wellbeing, productivity, and retention.

Matthew Powell, Director of Savills Hanoi stated: “Ajax Systems’ first factory in Viet Nam represents an important milestone in its global manufacturing journey. Managing a facility of this nature requires not only technical expertise but also a structured and integrated approach to operations. With our experience in managing large-scale, high-specification facilities, Savills is committed to supporting Ajax Systems in maintaining stable, efficient, and compliant operations from day one.”

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Savills Vietnam and Ajax Systems to building efficient and reliable manufacturing operations in Viet Nam. With over 13 million sq m of premium properties under management, Savills Vietnam supports global manufacturers through integrated management solutions tailored for large-scale operations.
