Savills Hanoi is looking for a motivated, skilled individual to join our Residential Sales team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing client inquiries and growing your client database
- Meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Promoting properties through advertising
- Scheduling and conducting property viewings for potential buyers
- Regularly updating clients with news, information, and suggestions
- Building strong relationships with smaller clients, including site visits and calls
- Participating in sales events (weekends, holidays, or overtime if needed)
You'll be working with homeowners, potential buyers, and real estate developers across the region from Da Nang to the North.
Who we’re looking for:
- Motivated, ambitious, sales-driven individuals
- Proven Sales Records (High-Net-Worth Individuals as buyers is a plus)
- Fluent in English (optional)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in dealing with high-end customers
- Social and networking-focused
- Comfortable working with sales targets and pressure
