Indonesia’s full-year growth in 2025 reached 5.11%, marking its strongest performance in three years and underscoring resilient domestic demand despite weak global trade conditions.

Bank Indonesia expects economic activity to stay solid in 2026, with growth projected at 4.9%–5.7%, supported by domestic demand despite global slowdown. Within ASEAN, Indonesia offers more stable, less volatile growth than Vietnam, and more resilient fundamental than Thailand.
