Savills Property Management has achieved this year’s target milestone by booking 200 appointments under its belt.
It is currently the largest property management firm in Singapore, managing asset classes ranging from residential to commercial to industrial. Some of the more recent appointments include Les Maison Nassim, 19 Nassim, The Trizon, Elementum and Leedon Green. These add to the existing portfolio of Marina One Residences, Sol Acres, Draycott 8, Orchard Gateway, Light at Cairnhill, The Riverwalk, 20 Collyer Quay, Ubi Techpark and more.
