The Ariel Television Centre

In March, London is in the throes of spring, the sun is shining and cherry blossom season has begun. The Ariel Television Centre, once the world's largest television headquarters, was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1961 and has witnessed many historic moments over the past half century.

Unlike many high-rise residential projects, Television Centre fully embodies the architectural aesthetics of low density and staggered heights. The Ariel, the only high-rise residential tower under construction, is located on the left side of the tower and has a total of 23 floors, with views from all sides, enjoying an extraordinary 360-degree view. Designed by RIBA Stirling Prize-winning architects AHMM, this elegant building will look stunning when completed.

The Television Centre has a unique appeal to young high-income earners. The world-class private clubhouse, Soho House, is located within the development, where residents can enjoy a superb swimming pool and unrivalled gym facilities. The spacious shared office Soho Works is home to many influential local start-ups and is ideal for developing a quality social network and meeting like-minded people.

London is one of the world's most prestigious study centres. There are two top universities in the vicinity of the development, occupying the high point of research and art in London. Imperial College's new research campus in West London and the Royal College of Arts‘ White City campus are just 10 minutes’ walk away.

The neighbourhood is also a haven for food lovers, and is home to some of the most famous restaurants and cafes, including the Michelin-starred Endo at the Rotunda, Kricket, Kin Pizza, Temper Burger, Flying Horse Coffee, The Broadcaster, and many more.

Everyday shopping is also very convenient. Across the street is Westfield London, Europe's largest shopping centre, a £2.2 billion, 240,000 square metre facility with more than 500 global high-end luxury goods, high street retailers, cinemas and nearly 100 food and beverage brands.

Strolling through the Japanese garden of Hammersmith Park, the warm sunshine, the greenery, the birds and the flowers are announcing the gradual retreat of the cold and the arrival of spring, and Television Centre wishes you all the best for the new year, which will surely come true.
