The Power of Customer Experiences

Global markets are evolving, and property management services must keep up with changing demands. Savills delivers more than maintenance and prioritises the customer journey, place shaping and customer engagement. Management that looks after the physical property, as well as its users, ensures long-term value.

Real Estate Services Focus on Customers

According to McKinsey and Company, traditionally, real estate has been about developing, operating, maintaining, and selling assets. However, there has been a shift toward customer-centricity. Real estate companies are starting to think about the communities and the experiences buildings house and create. Developers are focusing on services and experiences because they are proving to drive long-term tenant retention.

Savills Customer Promise

Savills has designed a customer-centric framework, informed by its deep understanding of customers and the market, which ensures excellent customer services and seamless operations. Savills creates places where people actively want to live or work in but also engaged with their communities.

Savills partners with developers and brands to host events and activities. The events allow occupiers to connect with the community and the places they occupy. Customer experiences drive Savills offering and deliver sustained value for developers.

A Busy October for Savills Property Management

Savills hosted several events this October, including:

1. Ha Noi’s Culinary Culture

Delivering unique events and new experiences is important. The team at Mailand Hanoi City (Hoai Duc) recreated Ha Noi’s famous Old Quarter. They teamed up with Phở Gánh Hà Nội to bring the authentic taste of Phở to Pont de Long Bien walking street. Cultural activities, unique decorations, and hot bowls of "Phở Gánh Hà Nội" meant residents could come together and celebrate.

2. Olympia Sports Charity Week

Supporting charity and uplifting society at large is important. Savills partners with charities and developers and facilitates the link between its managed communities and charitable groups.

The Olympia Sports Charity Week, one of Savills CSR activities with partners, raised funds to build classrooms at Chi Cu Kindergarten in Hoa Binh Province.

Individuals and families from The Olympia Schools and Mailand Hanoi City ran and joined in festivities to contribute to the cause.

3. Happy Vietnamese Women’s Day

To honour residents on this special day, Savills hosted a Ha Noi Macaron Tour at Le Capitole (Dong Da) and Gold Tower (Thanh Xuan). Residents enjoyed lovely macaron sets and came together to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day.

4. Spooky Halloween

Families and children dressed up and came as fairies, superheroes, ghosts, and monsters. Savills decorated the properties, put on costumes, and hosted “Trick or Treat” events and cake decorating classes. Savills manages diverse communities with people from different countries and backgrounds. Hosting events like Halloween means the communities can explore other cultures and traditions.

Ms Vu Kieu Hanh, Director, Property Management, Savills Ha Noi, shared: “Community building in our managed properties is part of Savills global strategy. We deliver new experiences that meet international standards while promoting Vietnamese culture through our events and activities. By providing events where people can come together and connect, we build strong communities. Strong communities have significant long-term benefits, including brand recognition, tenant retention, and expansion power for developers.”
