Given the importance of the Mid-Autumn Festival in Viet Nam, Savills Property Management teams in Ha Noi hosted festive events. The event was a prime opportunity to come together and create memories. The community events were organised by Savills by the various Management Boards. These events highlight the importance of community building.
For the 2022 Mid-Autumn Festival, Savills coordinated the “Bringing the Autumn Festival Home - Happy Family Reunion” event series. The teams decorated their respective properties with star-shaped lanterns, held lantern-making contests, and organised parades for the residents and occupiers.
A key element of the celebrations was recreating "Hang Ma Street" at the properties. Hang Ma Street is popular with families in Ha Noi during this festival and is home to shops selling lanterns, traditional toys, and handcrafted decorations. Residents at Vista Lago, Sky Park Residence, Sky Oasis, and Imperia Sky Garden had the pleasure of celebrating the event from the comfort of their neighbourhoods with the recreation of this famous street.
Residents enjoyed activities, lantern-making competitions and cultural performances. They created a space for families to connect.
Ms Vu Kieu Hanh, Director, Property Management, Savills Ha Noi shared: “Each project is unique. Therefore, activities and events our events must be planned carefully, so that they speak to what our residents are looking for. Our HO teams create master plans and collaborate with our teams and other stakeholders at each project. These events are important in building communities and creating long-term value for developers.”
