HCL Technologies Opens at Leadsvisors Tower

HCL Technologies from India, opened their first Vietnam office at Leadvisors Tower, one of western Ha Noi’s finest Grade A buildings. The West of Ha Noi is increasingly popular thanks to its innovative, affordable, and large offices.

Leadvisors Tower met HCL Technologies’ needs to house large internet servers and facilitate communication, collaboration, and work efficiency while allowing for future expansion. This was achieved through its cutting-edge architectural and construction features, that include a large reserve power capacity, an average floor area of 800-1000m2, and a floor loading of 250kg/m2.

Double-layer tempered glass allows for energy efficiency and panoramic views of the city; three Japanese gardens and an impressive culinary space also provide comfort and improve well-being.

Mr Nguyen Dung Minh, a representative of the Leadvisors Tower Management Board, shared, "We are very honoured that Leadvisors Tower has satisfied HCL Technologies’ requirements for their Vietnamese headquarters. We aim to provide an incredible office experience for them.”

Ms Do Ngoc Ha Trang and Mr Thomas Rooney from Commercial Leasing, said, "HCL Technologies is growing in Viet Nam, therefore, their office needs to have enough floor area, a good location, and high building quality; this will allow future expansion of up to 3,000 employees. New technology-centric streets near Leadvisors Tower are expected to attract many similar occupiers in the future, as IT hubs in Duy Tan and Cau Giay have limited vacancies. Leadvisors Tower is near many technical universities, which provides access to high-quality candidates and will help with HCL Technologies’ plans for rapid expansion."

According to recent Savills data, there is strong demand from large corporate tenants, however, supply is limited. Western and secondary areas are popular, thanks to an increasing supply of affordable, large, high-quality Grade A offices.”
