Smart Investors Eye Post-Pandemic Capital Growth

Hospitality Growth has Resulted in Projects Across Viet Nam

Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc are the most famous for high-end resorts, luxurious locations, fresh air, clean beaches, and destination appeals. For those looking for a "Second Home", Nha Trang has been the optimal option for its high-end resorts, more reasonable costs, and being just a 2.5-hour flight from HCMC.

Are Connoisseurs Satisfied?

For those preferring exploration with convenience there is a new second home market. Pristine, but with high-class facilities, quiet, but still close to HCMC.

Vung Tau?

Vung Tau

About 285,000 tourists visited the province from February 10 to 16 in 2021, about 42% of the same period last year due to the effects of Covid-19. Visitor numbers during Tet, Eve of the Ox Year, were amongst the highest in the country. However, with Vung Tau being an established, often quite noisy tourist destination, rather than a high- end resort area, where are we talking about? Ho Tram in Xuyen Moc District, Binh Thuan, which - is near Vung Tau. Luxury resorts in this new destination with quality equal to Da Nang or Phu Quoc are attracting more tourists.

Xuyen Moc, Ba Ria Vung Tau

Xuyen Moc District had 1.5 million visitors in 2020, up 15% over 2019. Tourism in Ho Tram used to be negligible due to poor roads and minimum projects. However, recent larger-scale premium projects supported by modern infrastructure has Ho Tram presenting a more elegant approach than the more raucous tourism on offer in Vung Tau.

Easy Connection, Prime Location

Getting to Ho Tram from HCMC is now a smooth 90-minute drive. From NH51 to the Ho Chi Minh - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, turn onto road DDT44B, then turn into Vo Van Kiet to Xuyen Moc. A VIP Limousine is wonderful and available, but not for everyone. Some resorts offer a luxury coach. Motorcyclists will see the sign to Ho Coc - Ho Tram at the intersection of NH51 and NH52. Or catch a bus from Mien Dong bus station. However, if you want non-stop adrenaline to get there in around 70 minutes, catch one of the Vung Tau mini-buses.

The Vung Tau - Xuyen Moc coastal route. which passes a series of resorts, is also being considered for expansion from 12 to 42 metres wide.
