Mrs. Huyen, CT4 Vimeco Apartment staff member shared: “The practical element was hands-on and a lot of fun. The dummy we practiced on was like an actual person so we had to make sure our technique was right, or it wouldn’t respond! I really hope the Property Management Department will organize more training sessions like these on other useful topics for staff.”

Mrs. Vu Kieu Hanh – Head of Savills Hanoi Property Management Department said: “Savills Property Management has resident safety as our top priority, and this is reflected in all Savills Hanoi policies and actions. Through constant improvement we look to retain our position as the leading-edge property management services provider in Vietnam and to support that goal, our primary focus is developing staff skills and expertise. One of our many programs is safety training which helps our people have the right abilities to ensure resident and colleague safety. Empowering staff with knowledge and emergency skills helps them identify hazards before they become emergencies and if disaster strikes, in their being able to respond quickly, decisively and appropriately.”
