2016

2017

2017 marked the success of the event series “Property Holiday Sales”. This activity has become an annual event held during Liberation Day (30 April) and International Labour Day (1 May). The event provides customers with information about Danang’s real estate market, as well as key residential projects in the city.

2018

Beside frequent reports on the domestic market, Savills Danang has also delivered successful events on investment opportunities in international markets. One outstanding example was the “UK Property Real Estate Investment Opportunities in Vietnam” with the attendance of Mr. Gareth Ward, in his first trip to Danang during his time as the British Ambassador to Vietnam.

In 2018, the Savills Golf Tournament created a new playground for golf lovers, who shared an interest in the Danang real estate market. This two-day tournament was held at Montgomerie Links – a world-class golf course created by legendary golfer, Colin Montgomerie.

2019

Savills recently appointed Ms. Le Thi Kim Hoa as Head of Agency. With her strong knowledge and experience in Vietnam and Indochina, Hoa will expand Savills property services in Danang, and provide Vietnam, and foreign investors in the city, with frequent market updates across all sectors.
