As the second and third largest cities in a nation in the midst of a transformative investment boom, Hanoi and Danang are incredibly active centres of development. Infrastructure expansion, positive legal and policy installations, and the growth of trade engagements has warmed investor confidence substantially, and in turn accelerated both the development and absorption of residential property.
While caution remained key to international developers, domestic developers proceeded at a pace that could be accurately described as frantic, throwing up projects to satisfy the burgeoning demand of an emerging market.
The political centre of Vietnam has witnessed strong movement to western districts Cau Giay and Tu Liem.
